Today is a big day for In Verbis Virtus, or maybe we should say yesterday at 9.55 p.m. Italian time, ‘cos that’s when we read the news and probably someone already read it on our personal social network, ‘cos we were so happy we couldn’t keep it secret not even for 24 hours!
In Verbis Virtus has been Greenlit!
Some of us thought it was a joke, some other that it was a miracle, but finally our project grows and starts moving his steps on his own.
We already had the impression the wind was turning in our favor when we were awarded here in Italy at the Svilupparty with the Best Pitch 2013 and this surely gave us the courage we needed to keep going. However, we couldn’t have made it without the support of our fans, which never stop sharing their love and a special thanks goes to the indie Italian community which embraced our dream.
With this post we want to thank everyone, starting from the Unreal Engine technology, without which In Verbis Virtus wouldn’t exist.
Between journalists and international press a thought goes to Luke Plunkett, who talked about us on Kotaku and really made our day. Also, we can’t forget The Multicast crew, which is always retweeting us. Last, but not least, a special thanks goes to Greenlitgaming.com.
Our mind goes to our YouTubers too! Among them all, we want to thank RequiemVoid which made one of the first 'Let’s Play' of In Verbis Virtus we have ever seen and it really has a special affective value for us, VaultTVpl and all the Polish fans which definitely played a huge part in our success, we’ll never forget it and we still kinda can’t believe you are so many following us every day!
Finally we want to give a really particular thanks to all our fans all over the world. To them goes our deepest gratitude because if we are here today is thanks to them and we will keep calling for their help ‘cos our real journey starts now and we will really need all the help we can get to make it through!
